Exchanges and RefundsWhen the goods arrive, please check whether the ordered goods are all included. If you find that the product is damaged or not in good condition upon receipt, you may contact Customer Service within 3 days to arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, in general, we do not accept any request for exchange or cancellation of the order. Please show us the original receipt or related electronic receipt before product exchange. Items must be returned altogether with gifts that were included with the purchase or we will deduct the value of the gift from the refund.
